About The Position
Job Summary Assesses the patient's condition Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures Assists physicians with procedures Assists in the maintenance of patient ultrasound exam information. Assists in maintaining the unit in working order
Requirements
- Associates degree in Ultrasound or equivalent as defined by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
- American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) registered or registry eligible
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training is required during orientation prior to patient care.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) is required to be maintained through re-training for duration of employment
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience preferred.
