About The Position

Temco Logistics is seeking a dependable and skilled Driver and Appliance Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a 26 ft box truck to deliver and install household appliances to residential and commercial customers. This role requires a blend of driving expertise, physical capability, and technical proficiency to handle installations, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a safety-first work environment. Requirements

MUST be 21+ years of age
Ability to lift/pull/push/load/unload/move 100+ lbs. using proper equipment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfort with GPS navigation and smartphone apps.
MUST have experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles (preferred).
Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and DOT physical.
MUST have a valid Driver's License with current "for hire" endorsement

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with appliance installation tools and basic plumbing/electrical (a plus!).

Responsibilities

Operate a 26 ft box truck for local multi-stop delivery routes.
Load, deliver, and install household appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, cooktops, etc.).
Safely handle equipment using dollies, lifting straps, and handheld tools.
Connect basic water lines, valves, and electrical components.
Use mobile devices to confirm deliveries and maintain accurate records.
Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, builders, and clients.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and follow all safety protocols.
