About The Position

E4A Solutions is seeking a dedicated Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of our solutions at client sites. This position requires a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), as operating commercial vehicles to transport equipment and personnel will be a regular part of the job. The role is hands-on, client-facing, and critical to delivering the high-quality service E4A Solutions is known for.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record (required).
Proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and field repair practices.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to operate and maneuver Class A commercial vehicles in varied environments.
Effective communication and customer service skills.
Capability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Physical ability to lift and transport heavy equipment as required.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a field technician, maintenance technician, or in a similar technical role (preferred).
Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
Experience traveling for field service work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot E4A Solutions’ systems and products at client locations.
Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment, including those requiring a Class A CDL.
Transport tools, heavy equipment, and personnel to job sites as needed.
Document service activities, repairs, and installations accurately.
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support to clients on-site.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to communicate field issues and recommend improvements.
