About The Position

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner. In this role you will be part of the gTech Ads Sellside Global Exchange Platforms team within the sellside organization. You will be working with the sales teams as the product expert and technical consultant on real time bidding and ad exchange products to help buyers, bidders, and agencies build and grow their businesses. You will have engagement with some of the largest and fastest growing actors in the industry and use your insights from working with these companies to sustain their revenue growth and influence product strategy and design.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical troubleshooting or writing code in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working alongside technical teams (product, engineering, or sales) to solve ambiguous problems.
  • Experience as a software developer, data scientist, or a deep technical understanding of the ad monetization industry.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders or external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously and the drive to take a project from an initial idea to full completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a track record of debugging customer-facing issues, whether it's at the code level or within a broader system implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate deep technical and product knowledge of the ad monetization ecosystem to architect solutions and implementations for partners.
  • Lead technical engagements with bidders and agencies, aligning Google’s product suite with their specific business goals to drive long-term business and engagement.
  • Resolve technical escalations from sales and clients, while proactively developing tools, documentation, and workflows to scale support globally.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline sales strategies, accelerating product adoption and establishing a blueprint for partner success.
  • Act as a critical feedback loop between the market and the product to influence strategy, design, and prioritization in collaboration with Go-to-Market, Product Management, and Engineering teams.
