We are seeking a high-performing recruiter with a strong sales mindset to build and scale our network of independent technicians across the U.S. This is not a traditional recruiting role. Instead of simply filling positions, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and converting experienced technicians into long-term partners within our network. You will work with a mix of warm inbound leads and proactive outbound sourcing, requiring confidence, persistence, and strong closing ability.
