This position contributes to defining and implementing "Best Practice" ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring their conformance with Corporate Information Systems goals and procedures. Provides first-level support for installations and solving technical problems, as well as ongoing system administration and additional functionality as needed to support all business units throughout the company.
