The ideal candidate will be required to perform the following: SUMMARY: The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to Bridges International and all affiliates.

  • Knowledge of basic PC hardware and networking
  • Extensive application support experience

  • Must be able to travel when needed.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekend shifts.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in related Technology field preferred.
  • Vocational training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, configure, update and/or re-image networked Windows PCs.
  • Responsible for all help desk questions and/or inquiries.
  • Reset passwords for all supported systems as needed.
  • Setup new and/or closeout terminated accounts for all supported systems except the active directory.
  • Assist with maintaining inventory and inventory needs.
  • Update master system images for respective computer models.
  • Maintain inventory and stock room, which requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Responsible for onsite hardware installations, which requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to travel when needed.
  • Must maintain a valid drivers’ license.
  • Must be available to work occasional evenings or weekend shifts.
  • Must be able to perform the major functions of the jo with or without accommodations.
  • Required to attend all mandatory training specified by policy
  • Report all Workers Compensation injuries, whether they require medical attention or not, to their immediate supervisor and Human Resources.
  • Report all unsafe conditions that could affect clients/inmates or employees which you become aware of immediately to your immediate supervisor and Human Resources.
  • Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures that fall within the scope of the job description are followed and adhered to.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
