About The Position

DrinkPAK is seeking a highly motivated Facilities Technician who under general supervision will provide general facilities maintenance and external upkeep of buildings and surrounding areas of DrinkPAK-leased properties in Southern California. We are looking for a dependable and skilled Facilities Technician to support the maintenance and functionality of our diverse manufacturing campus, which includes office areas, industrial production lines, and warehouse facilities. This role plays a vital part in ensuring all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be experienced in facility systems maintenance across multiple building types and adaptable to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in mechanical/maintenance or similar manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Prior experience using a forklift is required.
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate the facility recycling equipment.
  • Collect trash and recycling from the plant for disposal using a forklift.
  • Complete daily assigned checklist items pertaining to facility upkeep and recycling programs.
  • Maintain a high standard of plant cleanliness and organization inside and outside of the plant.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and job shadowing.
  • Interact and maintain positive relationships with all levels of leadership.
  • Accomplish special projects and other assignments/duties as required by management.
  • Compliant with all safety rules and regulations, GMP’s, and all Drink Pak’s policies and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of the job.
