About The Position
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Enterprise Technical Writer to join a Government Consulting company supporting the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) through 100% remote work. The Enterprise Technical Writer will create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, diagrams, and SOPs for enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and AWS, ensuring clarity and accessibility for technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise-level platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, AWS, and diagramming tools (Visio, Miro).
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance and accessibility requirements.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Ability to obtain CMS Public Trust (T4) clearance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system overviews, SOPs, workflows, and technical whitepapers.
- Create architecture and data flow diagrams using tools like Visio or Miro.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for diverse audiences.
- Ensure documentation meets Section 508 accessibility compliance standards.
- Capture meeting minutes, track action items, and support change management efforts.
