About The Position
Supply Chain Management Inc.1.com (SCMI1) has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Writer on its existing contract with the United States Navy (USN) Commander, Naval Surface Pacific (CNSP). SCMI1 currently has employees supporting CNSP in San Diego, performing Departures of Specifications (eDFS) support for US Navy Ships.
Requirements
- Security Clearance: “Secret” level clearance at the time of award.
- Education: BA degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university
- 3-5 years’ experience developing and drafting technical documents.
- Expert level proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Advanced level communication skills, both oral and written
- Familiarization with Naval correspondence
- Familiarization with Navy mission, organizational structure and culture
