About The Position

Eco Battery is a leading lithium battery company building intelligent, reliable energy solutions. We are seeking a Technical Writer who can confidently bridge the gap between engineering and marketing, translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly content. This role works closely with both the engineering team and the marketing team to ensure all documentation, guides, and customer-facing materials are technically accurate, easy to understand, and aligned with Eco Battery’s brand voice.

Requirements

  • Experience writing technical documentation for software, hardware, or engineering-driven products
  • Ability to understand engineering terminology and translate it into clear, accessible language
  • Strong written communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and marketing
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and openness to feedback

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing for technology, energy, or hardware-focused companies
  • Familiarity with software, APIs, or backend systems
  • Experience with customer education content such as onboarding guides or knowledge bases
  • Understanding of marketing copy principles and brand voice alignment
  • A good sense of humor

Responsibilities

  • Translate engineering and technical concepts into clear, customer-facing documentation and marketing-ready language
  • Develop and maintain product guides, user manuals, FAQs, and support documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers to deeply understand product functionality, system behavior, and technical details
  • Partner with marketing to ensure messaging is consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
  • Review and edit technical and marketing content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintain documentation standards, terminology, and style guidelines across teams
  • Support internal documentation needs as products and systems evolve
