About The Position

You’ll work cross-functionally with IT teams and document owners to manage documentation from draft through final release and controlled storage. Your role will be central to document lifecycle management, change control processes, and compliance readiness initiatives, helping ensure IT documentation is secure, consistent, and audit-ready. This role is designed to support a focused documentation and compliance initiative and is expected to be a temporary assignment aligned to project needs. This is a temporary role lasting up to six months.

  • Strong ability to interpret, organize, and communicate complex technical data.
  • Experience with document control systems and change management processes.
  • Exposure to NIST 800-171 or CMMC environments preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to evolving requirements.
  • Availability to support a temporary project assignment lasting up to six months.
