Responsible for developing/creating and maintaining Air Methods documentation (policy manuals, processes and procedures manuals, forms, bulletins, etc.) while adhering to all AMC policies and appropriate regulatory bodies in the Corporate Publications Department. Essential Functions and Responsibilities include the following: Collaborate with departmental subject matter experts to organize content, develop manuals and procedures, and revise existing content for Air Methods publications Conduct cross-department reviews to determine down-line effects and obtain internal and regulatory compliance approvals Create documentation/processes from an end user perspective Follow document control procedures and corporate style guide Ensure distribution from OEM’s, STC holders and other document owners Receive OEM Maintenance Documents into AMMIS and distribute to applicable groups Other duties as assigned Subject to applicable laws and Air Method’s policies, regular attendance is an essential function of the position.
