About The Position

Provide technical writing and content management support for work planning policies, procedures, manuals, white papers, presentations, and other documentation. Edit, format, and publish documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables. Develop spreadsheets to compile and analyze large data sets for evaluation and presentation. Participate in meetings and interview subject matter experts to gather technical requirements and clarify documentation needs. Coordinate documentation requests and evidence collection. Support development of performance measurement methods across operating districts. Coordinate with electric operating districts to ensure Operations, Maintenance, Administrative General (OMAG), and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) work for distribution and transmission projects is efficiently scheduled and completed. Participate in process improvement initiatives. Document and analyze changes to electric operations business processes and systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. Ensure compliance requirements are understood and followed while performing assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical writing, documentation development, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong ability to translate business and technical processes into clear written documentation.
  • Experience compiling, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
