We are looking for a Technical Writer to support TreasuryXpress (TX), focusing on the Global Payments Hub (GPH) product. This role is responsible for producing high‑quality technical documentation that supports enterprise customers using TX for global payments, bank connectivity, and treasury operations. You will work closely with engineering, product management, QA, and implementation teams to document features related to payments processing, bank integrations, SWIFT connectivity, and security controls. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical writer interested in fintech, payments, and enterprise SaaS platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in a software or technology environment
  • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail. French is a plus.
  • Experience documenting complex technical systems or enterprise applications
  • Ability to work with distributed/global teams across time zones
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, product‑driven environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or treasury management systems
  • Familiarity with concepts such as:
  • Global payments and payment workflows
  • Bank connectivity, SWIFT, or host‑to‑host integrations
  • Security, controls, and compliance in financial systems
  • Experience documenting APIs, file‑based integrations, or system interfaces
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development environments
  • Experience using documentation tools such as:
  • Confluence, SharePoint, or similar CMS
  • Markdown, HTML, or XML
  • Diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, draw.io, Lucid)

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for the TreasuryXpress GPH product, including:
  • Product and feature documentation
  • User and administrator guides
  • Configuration and implementation documentation
  • API and integration documentation (where applicable)
  • Operational and support runbooks
  • Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather technical requirements and system behavior
  • Translate complex payments and treasury concepts into clear, accurate, and user‑friendly documentation
  • Document workflows related to:
  • Global and domestic payments
  • Bank connectivity and host‑to‑host integrations
  • Payment approvals, controls, and security
  • Compliance and audit‑related processes
  • Ensure documentation aligns with product releases and version changes
  • Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and technical accuracy
  • Maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
  • Support internal teams (Support, Implementation, Sales Engineering) with technical content as needed
