JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Writer is responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining high-quality risk, policy, procedure, and business process documentation that ensures organizational compliance, operational consistency, and effective risk mitigation. This role integrates technical writing expertise with program and project management by coordinating with various process owners across the organization to ensure employees have accurate, timely, and accessible procedural information needed to meet regulatory, audit, and operational requirements.
