About The Position
Technical Writers at Judgment Labs write content that educates and engages our technical audience. You will explain complex agent evaluation concepts in accessible language and produce content that shapes the industry conversation. Judgment Labs builds infrastructure for evaluating, monitoring, and improving long trajectory agents. Leading AI labs and fast growing companies use our platform to measure agent behavior, train reward models, and create reliable self improvement loops. Our work sits at the center of agent reliability and rapid iteration. We are a venture backed company based in San Francisco, working in person to move quickly and build the core systems that will shape the next generation of autonomous agents.
Requirements
- Strong technical writing background
- Ability to understand and communicate advanced AI concepts
- Familiarity with machine learning and LLM evaluation
- Experience writing for technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Write deep technical content on evaluation, monitoring, and reward modeling
- Produce tutorials, whitepapers, explainers, and thought leadership pieces
- Work closely with researchers and engineers to translate internal knowledge
- Maintain a consistent voice across all technical content
- Support documentation and developer education efforts
