The Technical Writer – Utility Programs supports the development, maintenance, and governance of technical and procedural documentation for regulated utility programs. This role plays a key part in ensuring program documentation is accurate, consistent, auditable, and aligned with client standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems. The Technical Writer works closely with program managers, engineers, GIS specialists, and quality teams to translate complex technical and operational information into clear, structured documentation that supports day-to-day execution, compliance, and continuous improvement.
