Are you our next Training Coordinator? As a Training Coordinator, you will prepare new members of our Service Division to succeed in customer production environments. You'll design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs that blend classroom instruction, simulation-based exercises, and hands-on practice with Atlas Copco products. When not conducting training, you will actively support our customers as a Field Service Engineer, performing equipment installation and troubleshooting. This hands-on field experience helps you stay current with our technology and ensures that our training programs reflect real-world conditions. Based at our Auburn Hills, MI office, you will manage all aspects of the training process, from identifying skill gaps to creating materials and assessing performance, ensuring each team member is fully equipped to support our customers effectively.
