Technical Trades Instructor – Shape the Next Generation of Skilled Technicians

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate trade professional to lead a hybrid
training program that blends hands-on labs, virtual instruction, and self-paced
learning. If you’ve mastered HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or fluid
power—and love teaching others—this is your chance to inspire the future of the
skilled trades workforce.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on trade experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, or coaching.
• Comfort with tools, tech, and hybrid learning environments.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications like EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30, or Journeyman licensing.
• Hybrid teaching experience and curriculum development skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach core skills in HVACR, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, and basic construction.
• Lead engaging virtual and in-person sessions that connect theory to real-world application.
• Coach learners at all experience levels, fostering a safety-first mindset.
• Keep labs running smoothly and industry-ready.
