As an intelligence professional on our team, you’ll manage a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft as your team builds assessments for our client. As the authority on technical tradecraft, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skill set into areas like exercise planning and course delivery. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges. Requirements

  • Experience in the design, development, administration, and implementation of a technical tradecraft training program
  • Experience working with Intelligence Community partners
  • Ability to train others in the U.S. government on spe cia lized tradecraft and technical topics
  • Ability to run operational exercises to teach, mentor, and motivate students
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video systems testing, integrated systems, and item performance evaluations
  • Ability to act as a role player in training scenarios
  • Bachelor's degree in Photography, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
