Provides technical training to customer technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and debugging complex electro/mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems. Successful training of customer and Lam technicians will result in increased product availability for production and follow-on business for Lam equipment. Provides training to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature while also serving as the face of Lam to numerous customer and Lam employees.
