About The Position

Provides first-level support for end-user IT requests Provides end-user training for hardware and software as needed Deploys workstations and installs software Performs basic problem-solving and assistance on various software applications and hardware systems Supports audio/visual equipment in conference rooms Supports mobile phones and tablets Performs miscellaneous/various job-related duties as assigned Works and collaborates with all team members

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows computers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment
  • Knowledgeable about a variety of technologies
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willing to support occasional after-hours needs as required by outages and business-critical events

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Architectural Design Software (Autodesk, Bluebeam, Sketchup, etc.) a plus
