Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities: Performs daily and weekly backup success/failure log checking - Once a month Verification Potential coverage outside the normal work day (working alternate hours to provide overlapping coverage for 2nd shift, late sales staff and traveling or off-site employees) Regular maintenance and upgrades (this will dramatically cut down the time required to rollout a system-wide upgrade or install) Hardware maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs Software maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs Phone system - troubleshooting and repairs Troubleshoot and repair of printer and peripheral issues Troubleshoot network issues Help maintain documentation and guides Assist with Tips-n-tricks and training Assist with ERP (M1) support and machine rollout to the floor Backup and coverage for vacations, sick-days and emergencies This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Information Technology in help-desk, end-user support or similar
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows Operating Systems (10, 11, Server 2008+)
  • Experience administering a Microsoft Active Directory environment and subordinate services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.)
  • Technical and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Driven personality

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields is a plus
  • Experience in physical environments that would be specific to Ethernet or phone wiring is a plus
