Bridgeway is seeking a motivated Technical Support Analyst to assist in managing and maintaining our software platform and infrastructure. This role is ideal for candidates eager to develop their skills in system administration, network support, and software operations. The successful candidate will provide technical support, ensure system performance and availability, and assist in implementing IT solutions under the guidance of senior administrators. This position reports to the VP, Customer Support. This is a remote position, with preference given to candidates located on the East Coast.
