The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the point of contact for the data needs of MCP program customers. The Technical Success Manager will establish and lead all data-related implementation and support aspects. The position will be responsible for the following essential functions: Serving as the primary point of contact for all data-related questions from MCP program customers. Triage and resolve data tickets/questions as they arise and facilitate coordination with data science support teams Collaborate with MCP team members in creating/documenting processes. Validate data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness during onboarding. Support ingress/egress data governance activities. Serve as a liaison to data related internal and external partnership workstreams. Assist with customer requested exports reviews in accordance with MCP policies. Assists with the creation and collection of metrics to ensure the success of the MCP programs. Collaborate with MCP team members in creating/documenting processes. Advises and assists with strategic expansion of MCP programs. The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
