As a Technical Client Success Manager at Awardco, you will be a pivotal part of our client success team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients through admin support and platform education. Your expertise in digital solutions will help drive client engagement and ensure their satisfaction with the Awardco platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

  • Superior problem-solving skills and a growth mindset toward oneself and others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,Computer Science, IT or a related field
  • OR
  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relations, preferably in the digital solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, SaaS products, and employee engagement tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complicated concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of driving client engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on retention and growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive insights.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Guide new admins through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful admin experience.
  • Provide training and hands-on support to clients to optimize their usage of the digital tools.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, advocating on their behalf within Awardco. Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience at all touchpoints.
  • Resolve client concerns around the platform and software through education, escalation, and training to ensure platform success and employee engagement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions to achieve their desired outcomes.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals and upsells. Proactively communicate with clients about new features and product updates that align with their business needs.
  • Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with the product team to continuously improve the Awardco platform based on client preferences and requirements.
