The Technical Success - Carrier Field Engineering team is integral to this success, partnering directly with these carriers to overcome technical barriers and integrate best-in-class Apple practices for enterprise customers.
 As a Carrier Solutions Engineer, you will be a pivotal technical expert, driving the successful adoption and integration of Apple technologies within our major Carrier partners and their enterprise clients. You will transform the way businesses operate by delivering innovative technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration of Apple's hardware, software, and services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or field engineering role, preferably within the Carrier, enterprise mobility, or I.T. sector.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Deep expertise in evaluating and designing solutions for complex enterprise IT environments, including:
 Mobile Technology & Solutions: Carrier network infrastructure, 5G, Private Networks, Network Slicing, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), Security Solutions, Unified Communications
 Enterprise IT Infrastructure: Security tools, networking, cloud computing, identity management (SSO, Zero Trust), and deployment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms and their role in scaling enterprise deployments.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating Apple hardware, software, and services into diverse enterprise environments.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into actionable technical solutions for Carrier partners.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of building and delivering differentiated technical solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor and pre-sales consultant for Apple's largest Carrier partners (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) and their enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Carrier Sales teams to identify and address complex technical and business challenges, ensuring successful Apple product adoption and integration at scale.
  • Deeply understand Carrier business models, customer needs, and technical ecosystems to tailor and implement optimal Apple solutions.
  • Remove technical barriers, resolve friction points, and enhance customer readiness for Apple's platform within enterprise environments.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical mentorship, enablement, and training programs to thousands of Carrier B2B technical teams across the US.
  • Guide partners and customers through the successful integration of Apple hardware, software, and services into their existing IT infrastructures.
