Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales in the telecommunications industry
  • Strong knowledge of carrier services, products, and contracts
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and billing systems

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer disputes, including billing, service, and contract issues
  • Generate and present Customer Scorecards for quarterly business review (QBR) meetings, highlighting performance, opportunities, and feedback
  • Drive renewals and retention of existing customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Perform account maintenance tasks, such as updating tax forms, building lists, rate cards, and contact information
  • Handle customer escalations, working with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and complaints
  • Provide pre-sale support for large deals and RFPs, collaborating with the sales team and providing relevant information and documentation
