About The Position

T&M Associates is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineer to join our growing MEP team. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience designing plumbing and fire protection systems for a wide range of building types. This individual will support project objectives, contribute to financial success, assist with technical review of proposals and project tracking, and help mentor junior technical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience designing systems including domestic hot and cold water, sanitary and vent, storm drainage, natural and medical gas, compressed air, sprinkler, fire pump, and clean agent fire suppression systems. This position can be based out of any of our NJ or PA offices.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in plumbing and fire protection design across various building types
Proficiency in the latest version of AutoCAD required
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
Professional Engineer (PE) License (preferred)
Certified Plumbing Design (CPD) and/or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) certifications (preferred)
Experience with Revit preferred
