About The Position

Gumloop is the AI automation platform for the enterprise, empowering teams to easily build and deploy AI agents in Slack, Microsoft Teams, or standalone, automating real work across hundreds of integrations without requiring an engineering background. The platform is built on three pillars: Agents (conversational AI assistants that use tools to accomplish open-ended tasks), Workflows (visual, drag-and-drop automations for deterministic and repeatable operations), and Gumstack (enterprise-grade MCP hosting, observability, and AI governance). Gumloop is experiencing rapid growth, with teams at companies like Gusto, Ramp, Shopify, Samsara, Instacart, and Opendoor already utilizing their platform in production. The company has successfully raised $70M from prominent investors including Benchmark, First Round Capital, Y Combinator, Nexus Ventures, Shopify Ventures, BoxGroup, and The Cannon Project. This role is for a Technical Sourcer to lead the top of the recruiting funnel, focusing on scaling the engineering, research, and product teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sourcing and eager to shape a sourcing function from the ground up at a fast-paced, early-stage company.

Requirements

• 2 to 8 years of technical sourcing experience at a top-tier tech company
• Proven track record sourcing for engineering talent with measurable funnel outcomes
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and ATS platforms (Ashby, Gem, Greenhouse, or similar)
• Excellent written communication skills. You can write outreach that sounds like a real person and gets replies
• Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, and the pace of an early-stage company
• Genuine interest in AI, agents, and the next wave of enterprise software

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working in-house at an early-stage startup
• Hands-on experience with Ashby as your primary ATS (pipeline management, automations, reporting)
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools like Juicebox, or Gem AI Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for our highest-priority roles across the company
• Craft personalized, high-signal outreach that actually gets responses from passive, in-demand candidates
• Partner directly with our founders and engineering leaders to translate technical requirements into precise search parameters
• Track and optimize funnel metrics (response rate, conversion, time-to-hire) and continuously A/B test messaging and channels
• Keep Ashby clean, organized, and the single source of truth for every candidate interaction
