The Technical Solution Specialist at Reltio is a key technical enabler for the Solutions Consulting team, playing a vital role within the Demo Operations function. This individual is responsible for the setup, configuration, customization, and maintenance of Reltio's demonstration environments. The Technical Solution Specialist will ensure that our demo platforms are robust, current, and effectively showcase the power of Reltio's data unification and AI capabilities. This role requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating impactful demonstration experiences.

  • Configure and maintain standard and customized demonstration environments for Reltio's data unification and AI platform.
  • Load, manage, and refresh datasets within demo environments to support various industry use cases and prospect-specific scenarios.
  • Assist Solutions Consultants with technical aspects of demo preparation, including light scripting, data manipulation, and basic integration setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the demonstration environments promptly to ensure availability and reliability.
  • Document demo environment configurations, customization procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and SC Management to understand evolving demo requirements and implement necessary technical changes.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of reusable demo assets and technical components.
  • Stay updated on Reltio product releases and new features, ensuring demo environments reflect the latest capabilities.
  • Assist in testing new product features within the context of demonstration environments.
  • Manage access and permissions for demo environments.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a technical support, IT operations, technical pre-sales support, or similar role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with data management concepts and working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for automation and customization.
  • Understanding of web technologies, APIs (REST/JSON), and basic integration concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and their services.
  • Familiarity with data unification, master data management (MDM), or customer data platform (CDP) concepts.
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts and how they are applied in enterprise software.
  • Experience with data loading and transformation (ETL) tools or processes.
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with source control workflows and Git repository hosting services. This includes exposure and hands-on experience with platforms like GitHub and Bitbucket, including reviewing pull requests, navigating repositories, and understanding basic Git workflows.
  • Experience in supporting a sales or pre-sales organization.
  • Understanding of data governance and enterprise security best practices as they apply to cloud demo environments.
  • Relevant technical certifications.
