Individuals perform a variety of professional duties of a technical and often complex nature, relating to code development and related member and client services. Technical Services Staff report to a designated manager in Technical Services; individual provides internal professional and technical support to ICC staff, both within and outside the Technical Services department, and has frequent telephonic, written, and direct personal contact with members, customers, and the public.
