The Technical Services Representative's primary role is to provide on-site technical support for Panasonic IFE/GCS (In Flight Entertainment/Global Communication Services) products installed or being installed on customer aircraft. This role also involves providing technical leadership, direction, or recommendations on work actions directly to the customer, third-party MRO maintenance staff, the customer’s maintenance control organization, PTS OCC, MCC, or a combination of these, as appropriate to the service agreement and work processes. The representative ensures work performance meets Panasonic's availability guarantee. They will work closely with Customer Support Engineers, Technical Support Engineers, Account Managers, Program Managers, and other Panasonic support staff to ensure successful IFE/GCS product installation or performance. Responsibilities also include collecting, synthesizing, and reporting on system performance metrics internally and externally, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, and collaborating with maintenance provider organizations to ensure their effective operation of PAC IFE/GCS systems.
