About The Position

Dynamic Computing is looking for a Technical Services Coordinator! Dynamic Computing is a leading IT Service Provider for small companies in the Puget Sound region and beyond. We thrive on execution, innovation, teamwork, and making technology work for our clients—while having a little fun along the way. We’re excited to add a new Technical Services Coordinator to our crew. If you’re organized, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly, we want to hear from you! As our Technical Services Coordinator, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our service and project teams. You’ll juggle incoming service requests, keep project schedules on track, and make sure parts, appointments, and logistics are handled with precision. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure nothing falls through the cracks—and you’ll do it all with a smile Remote First/Hybrid Role: This is a hybrid role based in the Seattle Metro area. You’ll handle many responsibilities remotely, but you’ll also join us in the office 4–5 days a week as part of a rotating schedule. Candidates must reside within about 50 miles of downtown Seattle to support on-site duties when needed. What kind of person are we looking for? A Communications Guru : You’ll be communicating a lot with our clients, and our team members. You need to have amazing written and verbal communications skills, as you’ll be using them constantly. Organizational Ace : Managing IT for small companies means managing a symphony of details. Ensuring that things get done right requires the whole team to be a bit obsessed about details (in a good kind of way). Collaborative Independent: You work well solo but love contributing to team goals, coordinating across departments with a friendly, assertive approach. Results-Driven Dynamo: You take ownership, drive tasks to completion, and focus on outcomes. Initiative & Follow-Through: You’re self-motivated, proactive, and always make sure things get done. Adaptable Operator: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adjust quickly to shifting priorities Calm, Cool, and Collected: You're likely to get thrown a few curve-balls. We need you to be able to take a deep breath, wait for the right moment, and knock them out of the park.. Tech-Savvy: You know your way around technical systems and quickly learn how to get the most out of an amazing list of tools and systems. So, what will I be doing every day? Below is a list of the day-to-day areas of responsibility. You won't be responsible for all of them right from the outset – you'll be working with other members of our team and your responsibility will increase over time.

Requirements

  • Capable - Our hiring process is focused on your abilities, not your experience. If you think you'd be great at this job, please apply. The worst we can say is no.
  • Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate professionally with both clients and team members.
  • Very detail oriented and organized – This position provides support to many different parts of our organization. Your team members will rely on you to have an answer to their question or be able to find one quickly. A good memory and knack for details and organization will greatly benefit our team.
  • Honest - We want the truth, and to hear it from you straight without all of the sugar coating. That's what you'll get from us, and we expect the same in return.
  • Hard Working - We're a company that's growing, changing and pushing the envelope every single day. We're going to expect you to work hard and focus on moving yourself forward. It'll be worth it. We promise.
  • Helpful - We’re a team. We want you to be an integral part of it. Which means we need you to help us and we'll help you, and we'll all do it with smiles on our faces (at least most of the time).
  • Reliable – The entire company will be counting on you to do what you say you will – this means coming to work on time, being prepared for meetings, and being someone we can all depend on.
  • Educated - There are a few pre-requisites for a job at Dynamic Computing. One is that you got an education that will help support your career path. For this position, it means at least an AA or Technical degree in something that's at least kind of computer or IT related. If you've got a bachelor’s degree, that's even better (unless it’s in General Studies). Heck, we'll even take a master’s degree (although we might not be able to afford you). If you've got a PhD, then we definitely can't afford you. Sorry.

  • Maintain calendars, coordinate logistics, and keep internal initiatives running smoothly

Benefits

  • Money - The compensation for this position is market competitive and will be dependent upon experience and expertise but we anticipate a base salary between $55-$75k annually. After a few months, you'll be eligible for our bonus program, which gives you the opportunity to earn an additional 10% of your salary each quarter.
  • Time - We'd like 40 hours/week from you. It might be 45 some weeks, but hopefully not too often. We'll try our best not to have it hit 50. And you'll keep a roughly business hours schedule (We're open M-F 7:30am – 6:00pm. Typical start time is 8:30 am with some flexibility).
  • Medical – We pay 100% of your medical insurance! (We're not kidding). We'll also contribute to your HSA account, and we'd encourage you to do the same (not to mention that you get a tax break for doing so).
  • Disability – We also ensure all employees have both a short-term and long-term disability plan in place to make sure that you continue to receive income if you get hurt and are unable to work.
  • Retirement – We provide a Simple IRA retirement plan, matched dollar per dollar for up to the first 3% of your salary.
  • Paid holidays – You'll get paid for 9 holidays without even showing up to work! You'll get to pick either MLK or President's Day, choice of 4th of July or Juneteenth, plus Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day & following Friday, two days at Christmas, and New Year's Day.
  • Additional PTO – You'll get about 16 additional paid personal days off per year that you can use if you're sick or for vacation.
  • Transportation Subsidy -You'll get an ORCA card or parking subsidy depending on how often you are projected to be in the office. The ORCA card entitles you to free transit on the bus, train, light rail and more that you can use to commute.
