About The Position

As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role, providing comprehensive technical and compliance support for repair and reconditioning services while overseeing government contract administration and regulatory adherence. You will have the opportunity to serve as a primary liaison between internal teams, customers, and U.S. Government entities to ensure accurate quoting, contract compliance, operational alignment, and technical coordination across multiple product lines, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is an Onsite opportunity located in Greenwood, IN .

Requirements

  • You have an associate’s degree in business administration (technical focus) or related discipline preferred, with relevant experience, and:
  • 5 years of experience in quoting, estimating, service coordination, or government contract administration within a technical or operations environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage detailed documentation and structured approval workflows.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance accuracy, compliance, and speed in a high-volume production environment.
  • Service Centers’ Factory Result.
  • Length of time to quote customer.
  • Total repair turnaround time.
  • Days Sales Outstanding.
  • Warranty claims (closure in a timely manner).
  • Provide solutions, solve problems and provide a positive customer experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with government systems such as CAV and PIEE preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Providing quotations for the sales force and/or end customers.
  • Conducting contract reviews with the sales team.
  • Supplying the Customers Scope of Supply to the order coordinator, shop coordinator, and shop team.
  • Collaborating with the help desk and shop teams to solve repair issues and troubleshoot customer equipment across multiple product lines.
  • Assist with developing and communicating repair procedures to the workshop team.
  • Prepare and provide pre-estimates, quotes to external and/or internal customers for repairs/reconditioning.
  • Collaborate with Inspection/Helpdesk/Sales to request and provide drawings, research repair history, troubleshoot, and redesign equipment.
  • Offering direct support to outside sales for expedited requests and information.
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve repair processes and techniques.
  • Act as a liaison for the claims submission system, responsible for registering, creating, and completing remedial actions.
  • Ensure updates are made as needed, in compliance with global claims rules for repair and service claims.
  • Provide support for service center projects, team initiatives, and objectives as needed.
  • Participate positively in the Alfa Laval Production System (ALPS) and continuous improvement initiatives.
