The Technical Staff Consultant provides support to the ChemTreat field sales representatives as needed throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Technical Consultants are responsible for actively participating in the technology selection stage the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for products and solutions. Assist account managers in conducting interviews with client management to gain an understanding of client business conditions, risks, and controls. Identify, develop, and document issues and recommendations using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed. Interface with clients leads and become a trusted advisor or confidant to the client. Cultivate successful client relationships. Available for field sales assistance to include plant surveys, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and customer/prospect entertainment with the involvement of our field sales representatives. Provide field troubleshooting and technical assistance as required to include problem solving, sales representative on-site training, operator training, and equipment inspections.
