Sales support for Technical questions, project planning meetings, travel to support projects and project management Partner with recruiting/ first interviewer, support service center manager with technician planning Perform preventive maintenance and repairs of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors Troubleshoot equipment failures at the shop and on customer locations, and handle the repairs Be a mentor for Technicians as directed. You will either be out on your own or teamed up with another technician(s) to set up and operate equipment at the shop and on customer sites You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- 5+ years of experience working on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment, performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs (Technical Service Specialist)
- Experience with calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, along with reading and knowing schematics
- Experience with 5S/6S (GSCS)
- Based on the customer requirements, you may be required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card or valid DOT medical card
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75 lbs
Responsibilities
