This is a field-based, hands-on hardware technician position focused on the physical repair and maintenance of multifunctional office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. The role requires mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills, involving diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and replacing parts. Additionally, the Technical Service Representative will set up devices for basic network connectivity (print/scan) and provide basic training to end-users on hardware functions. This is explicitly not an IT or help desk role, but rather a hands-on position working in the field to keep office technology running and customers satisfied.
