This is a field-based, hands-on hardware technician position, not an IT or help desk role, focused on the physical repair and maintenance of multifunctional office equipment such as copiers, printers, scanners, and fax machines. The Technical Service Representative (TSR) will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and handling part replacements.
