We are seeking a hands-on Technical Service Engineer who excels at troubleshooting while taking ownership and initiative of customer relations, problem solving and supporting our equipment at distributors and end-users throughout the Houston Texas region. You will be the primary technical contact for packaging operations and ensuring customer satisfaction from package design, commissioning, and throughout operation. The right candidate is self-motivated, self-managed, enjoys up to 50% travel, and brings solution-focused approach to every challenge.
