Requirements

  • Under graduate Degree in Engineering.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical support, service engineering, or sales engineering role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of products, applications, and engineering principles relevant to the industry.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and customers regarding product installation, application, and utilization.
  • Experience or aptitude for performing conceptual and customized engineering work to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and initiating product or service improvements to better align with market and customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Support sales staff and customers with engineering expertise regarding products. Provide guidance on installation and applications as assigned.
  • Provide sales support with engineering expertise regarding products and applications.
  • Perform conceptual work for specific customer requirements, and support customers in this respect.
  • Assess and interpret technical data, document and communicate findings.
  • Initiate measures to develop or adapt product and service concepts (if required) to better match market requirements.
  • Support assembly, installation, setup and utilization of products and systems at customers site if appropriate and necessary.
