Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1 year of experience required.
  • 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Working technical fluency in cloud-native systems (GCP preferred), microservices, APIs, and software development lifecycle practices — able to engage in technical conversations but not expected to architect solutions.
  • Strong ownership and execution mindset, demonstrating accountability for team-level outcomes and the ability to operate independently within defined scope.
  • Clear communicator and collaborator, able to influence within the team and effectively escalate cross-functional risks to senior leaders when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Scrum Master for one cross-functional development team building cloud-native, microservice-based solutions in a GCP environment, ensuring predictable sprint execution and delivery commitments.
  • Support cross-team coordination within the SAFe framework, identifying and surfacing technical dependencies, risks, and blockers to appropriate stakeholders for resolution.
  • Own team-level delivery metrics and reporting, including velocity, burndown, defect trends, and release readiness, driving continuous improvement within the team.
  • Proactively remove team impediments, escalating systemic or enterprise-level risks to senior leaders while maintaining focus on team execution.
  • Support enterprise release and production readiness processes, coordinating change management documentation and assisting during production incidents as needed.
