We're seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to join a high-impact, cross-functional agile pod focused on disruptive and scale innovation for a global food leader. This is a hybrid role offering the chance to work both onsite and remotely, collaborating with top experts across R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy. Agile Leadership: Use your agile project management skills to run sprints, facilitate ceremonies, and coach a diverse team through rapid, iterative development cycles. Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in the food & beverage industry (non-negotiable)
