The Role As a Technical Sales Engineer at Dise, you will act as the technical bridge between our sales team and our Partners. You will work closely with sales, product and implementation teams to understand customer needs, present technical solutions, and ensure successful deployments of our Digital In-store platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Strong understanding of web-based architectures, APIs and integration patterns
  • Ability to produce technical documentation, diagrams and demo environments for customers
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent English; additional language skills (e.g. Swedish) are a plus but not required
  • A consultative mindset with attention to detail and a drive to deliver high-quality customer outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in retail technology, digital signage, or in-store systems
  • Previous exposure to SaaS product delivery or professional services engagement

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account managers to qualify technical requirements and shape solution proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support including architecture guidance, integration planning and feasibility analysis.
  • Create clear technical documentation, solution diagrams and wiring-up guides to support sales and implementation teams.
  • Assist with scoping, costing and producing input for proposals and RFP responses.
  • Support onboarding and handover to professional services and implementation teams to ensure a smooth customer transition from sale to delivery.
  • Gather customer feedback and market insights to help prioritize product improvements and roadmap items.
  • Work with engineering to reproduce customer issues, propose mitigations and follow through to resolution.
  • Represent Dise at customer workshops, trade shows and partner meetings when required.
