Requirements

You’ve got 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (ideally AEC roles), and you’ve made hires that moved the needle.
You speak tech fluently and know how to assess both skill and fit.
You’re a strategic thinker who can juggle priorities and still hit your goals.
You’re a relationship builder who earns trust with hiring managers and candidates alike.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning challenges into wins.
You’ve got top-tier communication skills, whether you’re pitching a role or coaching a team.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, travel between office locations (including those with stairs), and lift up to 30 pounds.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids), are essential.
The physical demands described are representative of those needed to perform the job’s essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industries is a huge plus.
A Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred, but hustle, creativity, and results speak louder.

Responsibilities

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles from sourcing to offer.
Work side-by-side with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand team needs and build strategic hiring plans.
Use creative, data-driven strategies to attract top talent across software, IT, and technical consulting.
Keep our ATS clean, our pipelines full, and our hiring practices sharp.
Coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices and help them make confident, informed decisions.
Track metrics, share trends, and help us stay ahead of the curve in a competitive talent market.
