Requirements

  • You’ve got 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles (ideally AEC roles), and you’ve made hires that moved the needle.
  • You speak tech fluently and know how to assess both skill and fit.
  • You’re a strategic thinker who can juggle priorities and still hit your goals.
  • You’re a relationship builder who earns trust with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning challenges into wins.
  • You’ve got top-tier communication skills, whether you’re pitching a role or coaching a team.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
  • This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Candidates must be able to sit or stand for extended periods, travel between office locations (including those with stairs), and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, along with adequate visual and auditory abilities (with or without aids), are essential.
  • The physical demands described are representative of those needed to perform the job’s essential functions, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industries is a huge plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related field is preferred, but hustle, creativity, and results speak louder.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles from sourcing to offer.
  • Work side-by-side with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand team needs and build strategic hiring plans.
  • Use creative, data-driven strategies to attract top talent across software, IT, and technical consulting.
  • Keep our ATS clean, our pipelines full, and our hiring practices sharp.
  • Coach hiring teams on interviewing best practices and help them make confident, informed decisions.
  • Track metrics, share trends, and help us stay ahead of the curve in a competitive talent market.
