About The Position

Meade is seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to source and hire top talent. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can support recruiting efforts through effective sourcing, candidate engagement, and coordination, helping attract quality talent and support the team’s hiring goals. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting within the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering sector.

Requirements

  • Experience in technical recruiting, with a strong emphasis on MEP engineering or related technical disciplines preferred.
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates using advanced recruiting strategies and tools.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (Greenhouse, Gem, and LinkedIn Lite are a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority requisitions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber MEP professionals, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineers, designers, project managers, and technical specialists.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through networking, referrals, industry events, and digital recruiting platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business objectives and provide talent solutions that align with company goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to maintain a competitive talent acquisition approach.
  • Enhance employer branding efforts by working with HR and marketing teams to position the company as a top employer in the MEP engineering field.
  • Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to assess hiring performance and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
