Role Summary: We are seeking a high-ownership, full-cycle Technical Recruiter to help scale Overland AI during a critical phase of growth. This role will be responsible for driving hiring across our technical teams, partnering closely with our internal recruiter, hiring managers and leadership to identify and close exceptional talent. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings a strong ability to source, assess, and close candidates for highly technical roles. You will play a key role in shaping how we build the team—balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience. This position can be remote, or based in Seattle, WA.
