Responsibilities: Provide full life-cycle Light Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiting, including but not limited to reviewing requisitions, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, submitting candidates to customers via vendor management systems, scheduling interviews and delivering employment offers Develop relationships and maintain timely communication with candidates to provide an excellent candidate experience Play an active role in creative sourcing to establish talent pipelines of candidates for future customer requirements Maintain accurate and organized documentation on all candidates, searches, interactions, and other recruiting activities in Moseley’s Applicant Tracking System, iCIMS, to ensure compliance in accordance with company policies and procedures What to Expect Applicants selected for employment will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background investigation, which may include education, criminal, and work history verifications. Accepted applicants will be eligible for benefits, including medical and supplemental insurance, and a 401(k) plan. Requirements

  • Atleast 1-2 years Staffing experience in Light Industrial/Manufacturing is required (preferably in the aerospace and defense industry).
  • 2-5 years of overall recruiting experience required
  • Not afraid to cold call candidates and talk on the phone
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related field strongly preferred
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, One Note, and Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand computer programs, vendor management, and applicant tracking programs
  • Self-Starter, must be able to multi-task between customer requirements
  • Attention to Detail is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a team player and support the team vision
