In this full-cycle role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent. The ideal candidate brings a background in high-growth environments—specifically within staffing agencies or consulting firms—where speed, quality, and adaptability are paramount.

Requirements

  • Ability to be onsite at Infinitive HQ 3 days per week.
  • 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record in a staffing agency or consulting services environment.
  • Deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and various modern tech stacks including AWS, Databricks, Azure.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment funnel independently.
  • Proven success in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and high-volume requirements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to "sell" opportunities to high-level talent.

Nice To Haves

  • Specific experience sourcing and placing Databricks Engineers, Data Architects, or professionals within the Spark/Delta Lake ecosystem.
  • Hands-on experience using JazzHR for candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • A strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps terminology.
  • An existing pool of pre-vetted data engineering and cloud talent.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including intake sessions with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.) to build a robust pipeline of passive technical candidates.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional, transparent, and high-touch experience for every candidate.
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with leadership to understand complex technical requirements and provide regular updates on pipeline health and market trends.
  • Screening & Evaluation: Conduct initial technical phone screens to assess both hard skills and cultural alignment within a consulting/client-facing framework.
